An individualized vocational program designed to support Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) outcomes, including self-employment, for eligible young adults.
Who this is for?

This program is a good fit for applicants who:

Individuals connected to Virginia DARS (VR) or pursuing vocational goals

Participants with employment or self-employment listed in their IPE

Important Transparency Statement
The 7Q Foundation offers both enrichment-based life skills programming and vocational readiness services. Eligibility for DARS-funded services is determined individually and requires prior approval by a DARS case manager.
