For Teens & Young Adults Ages 16+
Offered by The 7Q Foundation
The Life Skills & Enrichment Program at The 7Q Foundation is designed for teens and young adults ages 16 and older who are building the skills needed for greater independence in everyday life.

This program offers a supportive, structured environment where participants can strengthen practical life skills, build confidence, and engage in meaningful enrichment activities alongside peers. It is ideal for individuals who are preparing for more independent living and benefit from hands-on learning in a small-group setting.

About The Program

Participants will take part in a blend of life skills training and enrichment activities designed to support growth in everyday functioning and social participation.
Areas of focus may include:

  • Cooking and basic meal preparation

  • Cleaning and household routines

  • Personal organization

  • Money awareness and budgeting basics

  • Communication and social interaction

  • Teamwork and cooperation

  • Community readiness

  • Recreation, creativity, and enrichment activities
     

Our goal is to make learning practical, engaging, and relevant to real life.

What Participants Will Learn

This program is open to individuals of all abilities and is best suited for teens and young adults who:

  • Are working toward increased independence

  • Can participate safely in a group setting

  • Enjoy structured, engaging activities

  • Benefit from routine, repetition, and practical skill-building

To support a safe and successful group environment, this program is intended for participants with no aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors (SIB).

Who This Program Is For

Time: 9:30am-12:30pm
Starting June 22nd.

Families may choose from:

  • 2-day per week option; Tuesdays & Thursdays ; $150 per week

  • 3-day per week option; Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays; $225 per week


This flexible format allows participants to receive consistent support while choosing the schedule that best fits their needs.
