About SNP CON 2025
SNP-CON 2025 marked the inaugural Special Needs Planning Conference & Resource Fair, bringing together families, professionals, and community partners for a powerful day of learning, connection, and collaboration. Hosted by The 7Q Foundation and All Needs Planning, the event welcomed nearly 80 participants, 45 vendors, and 18 expert speakers, including leaders from Fairfax County Public Schools. Attendees explored critical topics such as early intervention, Medicaid waivers, IEPs, education pathways, estate planning, and financial planning, gaining practical guidance and meaningful connections all in one place. SNP-CON 2025 set the foundation for an ongoing, growing community committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families through informed planning and shared resources.

"Early on Saturday morning, I attended the Special Needs Conference and Resource Fair at Northern Virginia Community College, which was hosted by the 7Q Foundation in partnership with All Needs Planning. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with families, educators, and community partners, and to share more about the resources available to support our students with special needs. I truly appreciated the chance to celebrate the collaboration and commitment that help ensure every student can thrive."
