No More Overwhelm.

Whether you're navigating early intervention, preparing for IEP meetings, applying for Medicaid waivers, planning for adulthood or simply wondering “we were just diagnosed… what do we do next?” this event is designed for you.

You’ll gain practical tools, trusted resources, and meaningful connections to help guide your journey. Our goal is simple: to ensure every family leaves feeling informed, supported, and confident in taking the next steps forward, no matter where they are starting.

A transparent, solutions-focused conversation between families, schools, and community leaders on:

  • What’s working

  • Where gaps still exist

  • What families need next

Age-Based Classroom Sessions

Families can choose the sessions most relevant to their child’s stage:

  • Early Childhood (Birth–5)

  • Elementary Years (6–10)

  • Middle School (11–14)

  • High School & Transition (15–22)

Each room emphasizes interactive discussion, Q&A, and real-world guidance.

Expanded Resource Fair

Meet trusted local providers, nonprofits, and businesses, many of whom families asked to hear from again after SNP-CON 2025.

Ongoing Community Beyond the Event

SNP-CON doesn’t end when the conference does.

  • We host a SNP-CON Community Connections Facebook Group to continue conversations year-round

  • We maintain a free Resource Partner Directory on DiverRx.com, connecting families to vetted providers across the region

"Early on Saturday morning, I attended the Special Needs Conference and Resource Fair at Northern Virginia Community College, which was hosted by the 7Q Foundation in partnership with All Needs Planning. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with families, educators, and community partners, and to share more about the resources available to support our students with special needs.
