Dedicated time for attendees to explore service providers, community organizations, resources, and exhibitors.
11:00 AM–12:30 PM | Breakout Sessions
Location: Seminar Rooms A–D
Concurrent breakout sessions featuring presentations and moderated panel discussions.
Service Providers: The Resource Fair will remain open during breakout sessions. Please use this time for networking with other service providers.
12:30–2:00 PM | Lunch Break & Dedicated Resource Fair
Location: Forum / Community Center
Lunch break and dedicated opportunity for attendees to visit exhibitors and connect with service providers.

Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS)

Hosted by The 7Q Foundation and All Needs Planning on Sep 20, 2025 , SNP-CON 2025 brought together families, educators, service providers, and nonprofit allies for a full day at Northern Virginia Community College.

Attendees explored critical topics , early intervention, Medicaid waivers, IEPs, education pathways, estate planning, and financial planning — gaining practical guidance and real connections all in one place.
