Ernst Community Cultural Center | 8430 Center Drive, Annandale, VA 22003 | NOVA Community College, Annandale Campus
9:00–9:30 AM | Service Provider Set-Up & Guest Check-In
Service providers arrive to set up exhibitor tables. Guests and panel speakers arrive, check in, pick up conference materials, and begin connecting with participating organizations.
9:30–11:00 AM | Dedicated Resource Fair
Dedicated time for families and attendees to explore service providers, community organizations, programs, and resources and connect directly with exhibitors.
11:00 AM–12:30 PM | Breakout Sessions
Concurrent breakout sessions featuring expert presentations and moderated panel discussions.
Service Providers: The Resource Fair will remain open during breakout sessions. Please use this time to network and connect with fellow service providers and community organizations.
12:30–2:00 PM | Lunch & Dedicated Resource Fair
Lunch break and dedicated time for attendees to return to the Resource Fair, visit exhibitors, ask questions, and connect with service providers and community organizations.
2:00 PM | Conference Concludes & Exhibitor Breakdown
The conference concludes at 2:00 PM, and service providers may begin breaking down their exhibitor table

SNP-CON 2026 brings together government agencies, nonprofit organizations, schools, advocates, therapists, service providers, and community partners to help families connect with resources and support across every stage of the disability journey.
Fairfax County Public Schools – Family Resource Center
Provides free consultations, webinars, a lending library, guides, and resources to help families support students with learning challenges, special needs, and disabilities.
Arlington Public Schools – Parent Resource Center
Supports families navigating special education and student support through individual consultations, information and referrals, parent education, family resources, and a lending library.
Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS)
Provides vocational rehabilitation, employment, transition, independent-living, and other services supporting Virginians with disabilities.
PEATC – Parent Educational Advocacy Training Center
Helps Virginia families navigate special education and disability services through training, information, advocacy resources, and family support.
The Arc of Northern Virginia
Supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through advocacy, information and referral, Medicaid Waiver resources, transition planning, and lifelong supports.
ENDependence Center of Northern Virginia (ECNV)
A disability-led Center for Independent Living providing advocacy, peer support, independent-living services, transportation resources, and community-based support.
NOVA IDD Group Genius

The Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia (DSANV) — Supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families through resources, education, advocacy, connection, and inclusive community opportunities across Northern Virginia.

Hosted by The 7Q Foundation and All Needs Planning on Sep 20, 2025 , SNP-CON 2025 brought together families, educators, service providers, and nonprofit allies for a full day at Northern Virginia Community College.

Attendees explored critical topics , early intervention, Medicaid waivers, IEPs, education pathways, estate planning, and financial planning — gaining practical guidance and real connections all in one place.

SNP-CON 2025 set the foundation for an ongoing, growing community committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families through informed planning and shared resources.
