Accessibility Statement
The 7Q Foundation is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. Our mission is to empower every ability, and that commitment applies to this website as much as it does to our camps, programs and services. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.
What we have done
-
Reviewed every page for text and background color combinations that are too faint to read, and corrected them
-
Confirmed descriptive alternative text is present on images
-
Reviewed heading structure so screen reader users can navigate pages by section
-
Reviewed link and button wording so each describes its destination
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are working to resolve these:
-
Text over photographs. Some headings sit on top of photographs. We have checked these by eye, but automated tools cannot measure their contrast reliably.
-
Platform-generated components. Some elements, such as the member login bar, are generated by our website platform and are outside our direct control.
-
Third-party booking pages. Service booking and scheduling pages are generated by our booking platform, where our control over markup is limited.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter a barrier, or need information from this site in another format, please email us at info@7q-foundation.com. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
