A Therapeutic Camp for Children with Speech, Social, and Executive Functioning Needs (Ages 5–12)

At Thrive Hive, we believe that every child deserves a space where they can explore, grow, and have fun — while getting the support they need to succeed. Our camp is specially designed for children ages 5–12 who experience speech delays, social skill challenges, and executive functioning difficulties.

We create a supportive, inclusive environment where campers can build friendships, strengthen skills, and enjoy a summer filled with creativity and discovery. Each week features a different exciting theme, blending science, art, and hands-on activities with therapeutic practices such as speech and language development, occupational therapy techniques, executive functioning coaching, and social skills building.

From Mad Science experiments to Career Exploration adventures, our activities help children grow in communication, independence, time management, emotional regulation, and problem-solving — all while having a blast!

Ages: 5–12 years old (developmental ages considered as applicable)
 

Days and Times:

🕘 Options:

• Half-Day: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM ($375/week)

• Full-Day: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM ($525/week)

• Sibling Discount: 10% off

• Multi-Week Discount: Additional 10% off when booking multiple weeks

Staff Ratios:

• Camp Directors (1:10): Oversee groups, guide daily activities, support general camp needs.

• Camp Counselors (1:5): Provide more personalized support, encourage participation, assist with transitions.

• Buddies (1:2): Available for campers who benefit from additional social, emotional, or behavioral support to thrive in the camp environment.

🔒 Safety Commitment:

• All staff undergo background checks and extensive training before working with campers.

• We follow a strict policy of two adults present at all times with campers to ensure safety, supervision, and support.

 

🚪 Open Door Policy:

• Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend or observe sessions with advance appointments.

• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and personal caregivers are welcome to accompany campers as needed to ensure a supportive and successful experience.
