7Q Inclusive Summer Camp

Who is it for?

 

7Q Inclusive Summer Camp welcomes all children ages 5–12, including neuro-diverse learners, children with developmental disabilities, and those who benefit from smaller groups, predictable routines, and extra social and emotional support. Located on a vibrant agricultural farm, our camp incorporates farm life and nature into every weekly theme—offering hands-on experiences with animals, plants, and sustainable living. Our program celebrates individuality, encourages friendship and creativity, and creates a fun, inclusive environment where every camper can shine!

🕘 Options:

• Half-Day: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM ($175/week)

• Full-Day: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM ($375/week)

 

👥 Maximum Campers: 20 per week

Staff Ratios:

• Camp Leads (1:10): Oversee groups, guide daily activities, support general camp needs.

• Camp Counselors (1:5): Provide more personalized support, encourage participation, assist with transitions.

• Buddies (1:2): Available for campers who benefit from additional social, emotional, or behavioral support to thrive in the camp environment.

🔒 Safety Commitment:

• All staff undergo background checks and extensive training before working with campers.

• We follow a strict policy of two adults present at all times with campers to ensure safety, supervision, and support.

 

🚪 Open Door Policy:

• Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend or observe sessions with advance appointments.

• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and personal caregivers are welcome to accompany campers as needed to ensure a supportive and successful experience.
