Week 1: July 7 – July 11 

Theme: Friendship & Trust – Like Seeds, Friendships Need Care

Campers learn how to form and nurture healthy friendships—using garden metaphors and cooperative farm tasks like planting, weeding, or feeding animals to build teamwork and trust.

 

Skill Focus: Boundary setting, trust-building, empathy, shared responsibility.

Week 2: July 14 – July 18
Theme:Resolving Conflict – Like Weathering a Storm

Through nature-inspired activities (e.g., building shelters, caring for delicate plants), teens practice expressing feelings, listening, and resolving peer conflicts calmly and respectfully.
 

Skill Focus: Emotional regulation, communication styles, problem-solving.

Week 3: July 21 – July 25
Self-Awareness & Identity – What Makes Me Unique

 

Using reflective activities like garden journaling, nature art, and quiet observation walks, campers explore personal values, sensory preferences, strengths, and what makes them shine.

 

Skill Focus: Self-esteem, self-expression, celebrating neurodiversity.
