Chef Zidan’s Fried Rice Adventure: A Day of Cooking, Learning, and Family Pride




Today was a special day in the kitchen, full of fun, learning, and a delicious result! Chef Zidan truly made his mama proud with his fantastic fried rice creation. 💗🍚

Our cooking lesson started with a focus on two vibrant, nutritious vegetables: green beans and orange carrots. These colorful additions not only made the dish look beautiful, but they also packed a punch in the nutrition department! Green beans brought a lovely crunch, while the orange carrots added a natural sweetness that perfectly balanced the savory flavors of the dish.


Next, we whipped up some eggs, ready to add that creamy richness to our fried rice. Chef Zidan was on a roll, cracking eggs like a pro, and stirring everything together with enthusiasm. It was a joy to watch him as he mixed all the ingredients—vegetables, eggs, and seasonings—into a bowl of fried rice that was bursting with flavor.
