Arrival & Entrance

• Please enter “Richard J. Ernst Community Cultural Center” in your GPS 

• Use the main CE building entrance (see attached photo).

• Volunteers will be stationed at the door to greet you and provide directions.

 

Parking

• Parking is available in student lots 1–11 on the opposite side of the building (ground level, across from the CE building).

• Lot 11 is closest to the main entrance.

• All staff, vendors, speakers, and attendees may park in any of these lots.

 

Vendor Drop-Off Option

• Vendors may drop off materials at the main entrance before parking.

• Volunteers will assist with unloading and provide carts if needed.

• Alternatively, vendors may park first and carry items in from their cars.

 

Check-In & Directions

• Upon entering the main doors, proceed to the registration/check-in table in the lobby.

• Speakers: Collect your name badge and proceed to the 1st Floor – The Long Nguyen & Kimmy Duong Forum (our volunteers will guide you).

• Conference attendees: Check in at registration, collect your badge, and volunteers will direct you to sessions.

• Resource Fair vendors: After check-in, volunteers will guide you to the Gym on the ground floor for setup.
