7Q Weekend Camps offer a monthly, half-day inclusive camp experience designed for children of all abilities. With small groups, experienced staff, and thoughtfully structured activities, campers build confidence, social connection, and independence in a supportive environment.

Cancellation Policy
Refund, Cancellation & Weather Policy Due to limited space and advance staffing commitments, all registrations are non-refundable once confirmed. Minimum Enrollment' Camp sessions are subject to cancellation if the minimum enrollment of 5 campers is not met. If The 7Q Foundation cancels a session due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive either a full refund to the original form of payment or a credit toward a future camp date, at the family’s choice. Weather-Related Closures In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions (including but not limited to extreme heat, storms, power outages, or facility closures), The 7Q Foundation reserves the right to cancel a session for safety reasons. If a session is canceled by the organization due to weather, families will be offered a full refund or credit. Family-Initiated Cancellations If a family is unable to attend: - Registrations may be transferred to a future Weekend Camp date (subject to availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice. - No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures. This policy ensures transparency, appropriate staffing, and compliance with payment processing requirements. By completing registration, families acknowledge and agree to this policy.
